Character Creation Question - Guild Wars Forums

On my account I have Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall, yet when I go to create a character it only allows me to create them on Factions and Nightfall, not Prophecies. I would like to play with a friend who has come back into the game, but he only has Prophecies. Is there any way to get around this and create a character in prophecies? Or am I missing something important?

Do you have an option that just says Guild Wars, if i recall correctly prophecies is simply called Guild Wars in character creation. unfortunately, i can't verify without deleting a mule and i don't have room for all the items it's carrying anyone can confirm this?

no it must say prophecies... are you able to go to lions arch or other prophecies cities??? I think that you dont have prophecies on your account... you maybe have eye of the north instead

- Login to your Account
- On the Character selection screen, go to Edit Account (bottom left)
- Select Manage Access Keys and press Next
- The top box will show which of the campaigns and expansion you own on that particular account
- I suspect it will only say Factions, Nightfall and Eye of the North, not Prophecies

If u added Factions and Nightfall later, its possible u accidentally created a new account with Factions and Nightfall instead of adding them to your existing account with Prophecies.

It could also be that you are trying to create an Assassin or Ritualist, which can only start in Factions, or, a Dervish or Paragon, which must start in Nightfall.

No, you select the campaign before the profession.
